Every person experiences and is impacted by life uniquely. Five people could experience the same event in life, but the interpretation, impact, and resulting changes within each individual would be different. This is the outlook I enter each session with. Your life is uniquely yours, including your mental health and how that treatment should look. I pride myself on practicing in the mindset of diversity, client-centered care, collaboration, and that you are the expert of your life.

My goal is to create a comfortable, honest, and engaging environment to promote your healing and growth. Together, we will embark on a mental health journey to reach your goals and become the version of yourself you desire. We will work through the different events, day-to-day stressors, and barriers you have been facing in reaching these goals, and develop the tools and interventions needed to overcome them.

I have experience working with a wide range of ages and mental health conditions. I have experience working with individuals from 5 to 80 years old. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, perinatal and postnatal mothers, caregivers, ADHD, trauma, mood and personality disorders, eating disorders, veterans, the LGBTQIA+ community, grief and loss, PTSD, self-esteem, and stress and anger management. I am available for individual, couples, and family sessions.

Starting your counseling and mental health journey can feel overwhelming and stressful. When you’re ready to leap into this new adventure, please reach out!
