Beginning counseling can feel intimidating, and sharing your story with someone new requires courage and vulnerability. My goal is to create a safe, trauma-informed, and person-centered space where you feel comfortable exploring your story and your journey at your own pace. I believe that every individual deserves to be met with empathy, respect, and understanding. I have professional experience working with adult men and women navigating challenges related to substance use, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, anger management, domestic violence, grief and loss, eating disorders, chronic illness, and trauma. In my practice, I draw from and incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused care to best support those I serve. Together, we can explore your experiences, better understand your story, and build the tools needed to help you become the best version of yourself on your terms and within your own life journey.
