Proficient in English and Spanish, I am also a certified therapist in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming (EMDR). My practice integrates this modality with trauma-informed care, positive psychology, coaching, and a variety of counseling methods tailored to meet individual needs. I work with age 18+ clients, individuals with HIV diagnosis, and the LGBTQ community as well.
