About

If you are reading this, you have already taken the most difficult step deciding to reach out for support. As a therapist who has worked with individuals of all ages over the past 11 years, the majority of my experiences have been within intensive settings treating youth with anxiety, PTSD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression, family conflict, anger management, and emotional dysregulation. My experiences also include the child welfare system, educational system, inpatient treatment, domestic violence, group settings, family systems and an extensive knowledge base of outpatient services and supports.

Utilizing a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, the focus of my practice is to build skills through Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialetical Behavior Therapy, and solution focused goal setting to increase emotion regulation and life satisfaction. My goal is to assist you through this uncomfortable, yet rewarding journey of mental health recovery by creating a non-judgmental, safe space where you can process challenges, turning barriers into growth and successes.
