” Dearly greatly means: the courage to be vulnerable, it means to show up and be seen, to ask for what you need, to talk about how you’re feeling, and to have the hard conversations.

About

“Welcome! Our lives are in a constant state of change, which can feel exhausting and overwhelming. My approach to therapy is to not only help you cope with your struggles, but to work through them. I strive to make a genuine and healing connection that transfers into your relationship with yourself and others.

I have experience and focus on working with individuals who are experiencing distressing memories, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, pregnancy/postpartum, anger, co-occurring disorders, self-esteem and life adjustments. I work with adults 18+.

A few therapeutic approaches that inform my work include EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness based stress reduction.

If there is a part of you that wants to take the leap but is scared, let’s work together to figure out how we make therapy fit right for you.”
