About
Asking for help is the single greatest display of both vulnerability and strength. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, inclusive environment where individuals can foster the innovation, creativity, and strength that result from such an admirable display.
I utilize a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to guide my individuals (13+) and families along their journey towards their goals. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, substance use, post-traumatic stress, personality disorders, mood disorders, and life adjustments. I am trained in multiple evidenced based modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Whatever barriers are getting in the way of your life worth living, whatever that may look like for you, I am here to provide you guidance and support in navigating and overcoming those roadblocks within a safe space. This space is yours to innovate, to create, to change – free of judgment, full of unconditional guidance and acceptance.
