About
Entering therapy for the first time can be a very anxious and frightening process in the beginning. I am here to make that transition as easy and stress-free as possible. Making the decision to enter therapy shows significant resilience and strength. As individuals, we are often left with this feeling of wanting/needing a change, but we struggle to figure out how to start that process. Finding the appropriate therapist can feel overwhelming at times, but is worth the effort to find a connection in order for you to thrive and achieve your goals.
I have been privileged to work with a diversity of clients that have struggled with symptoms such as depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and behavioral issues. My clinical approach will be a combination of strength-based and person-centered. I understand that every individual has different experiences so I am able to adjust my approach as needed to meet your personalized needs. My role throughout this process will be to provide guidance, support, and techniques to navigate your journey. I pride myself on creating a safe and non-judgmental space to work with you collaboratively and guide you in the process of reaching your full potential.
