About

The decision to enter therapy is a significant first step towards the healing process. Therapy can help improve areas in your life that is causing you distress. I use a person-centered approach to provide a space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported while working through challenging and overwhelming emotions. My goal is to help you identify your needs, work towards self-awareness, and to improve your emotional health and well-being.
I have worked with children and their families in various settings such as hospitals, schools, and mental health clinics for over 10 years. I have extensive experience treating children with anxiety and depression, behavioral and anger management issues, ADHD, and oppositional defiance disorder.
I practice from a person-centered and trauma-informed care approach in order to arrive at a place of mutual trust. I provide a comfortable and supportive environment in which you can explore your emotional needs and overcome barriers that limit your full potential.
