About

Life can seem so overwhelming and out of control at times. We might feel as though we are just trying to get by and hoping for the best. Some days it is hard to just do the bare minimum, and we have a difficult time doing things that used to seem so simple. The world has been turned upside down and more people are struggling than ever before. The good news is that you don’t have to go through it alone. There is great courage and strength in reaching out, asking for help and taking the first step towards gaining back control over your life.

I have 17 years of professional experience working with clients of all ages in various settings. These include inpatient hospitals, outpatient mental health clinics, and intensive in-home programs. I have extensive experience treating clients with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, anger management issues, agoraphobia, grief and loss, and many more.

My approach is client-centered, compassion-focused, and based on your wants and needs. I am passionate about helping others navigate through their struggles by being non-judgmental, open, honest, and supportive. I feel very privileged to help others process, find solutions, and achieve their goals.
