” The truth is: Belonging starts with self-acceptance. Your level of belonging, in fact, can never be greater than your level of self-acceptance, because believing that you’re enough is what gives you the courage to be authentic, vulnerable and imperfect. “

About
We view the world through a lens based on our experiences, circumstances, and expectations. Sometimes, this lens can become clouded or distorted by life’s many challenges. It is my belief that we have an innate ability to be resilient at times in which our lens may become scratched, foggy, or even cracked. I utilize a multi-faceted approach to therapy to take a look at ways in which you have navigated and are currently navigating your worldview.
Together, we can work on finding, building, and establishing ways in which you find clarity and understanding as it relates to your holistic health. I specialize in trauma-focused care for PTSD, mood disorders, relationship issues, body image issues, and life transitions. Other areas of focus include grief and loss, chronic health conditions, end-of life care, Health-At-Every-Size (HAES), as well as emotional support for those who are pre and post Bariatric Surgery.
I am eternally grateful to be given the opportunity to walk alongside my clients as they find hope and explore ways to heal. You are worthy of the support you need to begin this journey. If you feel I may be able to support any of your needs, please contact me for a free phone consultation to discuss any questions you may have. Thank you!
