About

Finding a therapist can be a daunting process, and I applaud you for taking that first step! I truly believe that everyone has something to gain from therapy, and that you do not have to hit a “rock bottom” before making a change. I am committed to creating a safe space for you to explore your past, present, and future self.

Therapy is not a “one size fits all.” We will work together as a team, utilizing your own personal strengths, to achieve goals that are important to you. These goals can be big or small. Whether you want to better understand your emotions, develop healthier coping skills, process trauma, or learn to better manage daily stressors, I am here to listen and empower you to grow and become the best version of yourself.

My areas of focus include: Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Conflict, Trauma, Boundary-Setting, Forensic (post-incarceration & reentry), Anger Management, Self-Esteem, and Substance Use. I utilize a combination of evidence-based interventions including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Taking the step of reaching out to a therapist is the first step on the path of wellness and healing. I look forward to hearing from you!
