About

Life throws challenges in our path at every stage, whether it’s adolescence, emerging-adult, or established adulthood. Having an objective perspective and support can help to weave through difficulties in decision-making and feelings of stagnation. Today, there are many layers to sort through and knowing where to begin can be daunting and overwhelming. I would be honored to help with peeling back the layers and get to the root of understanding yourself in whatever stage of life you might be in. By using the trauma-informed care pillars of empowerment and collaboration, we can create a safe space for growth and healing.

I am experienced in working with individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds. Using an eclectic approach, I cater to the needs of the individual by building rapport and trust first. This approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

My desire is for my clients to find deeper meaning and satisfaction in their lives. If anything listed above speaks to you or your current struggles, I encourage you to take the brave, first step in reaching out to see if I could be a good fit for your journey.
