About
At any age, life can throw us some unexpected curveballs. Sometimes, the obstacles feel too great to overcome, and one must take that significant first step to ask for help. Whether you need a little extra support to get you through the day or you are going through a significant life change that you feel like you can’t bounce back from, therapy can help improve your mental well-being and give you a peace of mind.
My goal is to create an environment that makes you feel safe, supported, and heard so that we can form a trusting, therapeutic relationship. I use a trauma-informed, solution- focused, and person-centered approach so we can best achieve your emotional and mental health goals. No goal is too small! Together, we can focus on your strengths and work through any problem.
I have several years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, and school settings, and have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout the years. My areas of focus include Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Personality Traits/Disorders, Emotional Disturbances, Oppositional Defiance, and Bipolar Disorder. I have experience with treatment interventions including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
The decision to start therapy can be a difficult one. If you are willing to take that first
leap of faith, please don’t hesitate to contact me today!
