About
Life happens, and sometimes we need support along the way. Seeking out someone to help, listen and explore ways of dealing with life’s challenges can ease the anxiety of it all.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I believe in using a person-centered and trauma-informed approach. I am trained in evidenced based treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Seeking Safety. I specialize in treating challenges such as Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, C-PTSD (complex trauma), Dissociation and Life Stressors.
My experience involves working with children, adolescents, families, and adults who have been victims of a crime, experienced grief, anxiety, depression and who have witnessed violence or been involved in critical incidents. I worked in a behavioral health clinic setting and at a Child Advocacy Center for many years alongside law enforcement and the district attorney’s office. My current practice involves working with first responders.
Working with me will provide you a warm, non-judgmental, inviting, safe place to begin your healing journey and live the life you want. If you`re ready to work through life`s challenges, please reach out and schedule an appointment.
