About
There comes a time when our old, unhealthy ways of thinking and behaving no longer serve us. Acknowledging that you need help confronting these habits is courageous but can also be uncomfortable. But real change comes from being honest with yourself that your way of life is no longer working. And you don’t have to do it alone. Choosing the right therapist that will be with you through this journey is instrumental to your success. With nearly a decade of experience, I approach therapy from a holistic point of view. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy methods, I will work with you to ensure that our therapy sessions meet your individual needs. I specialize in the treatment of addiction, anxiety, and anxiety-related disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, disordered eating behaviors, body image, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and personal development. You and I will set shared goals, discuss treatment, and navigate through your issues together. I offer a serene and bias-free environment that invites and encourages you to be as open as possible. Even if you are unsure about therapy, recognizing that you could use some help is the best place to start. I’m happy to set up a free 15-minute phone consultation to help figure out if therapy is the right choice for you.
Remember The first step out your front door is always the hardest. I’m here to help.
