With nonjudgement, compassion, and respect, I wish to join with you to aid in healing and reaching balance in your life. As a psychotherapist with 27 years of experience, I specialize in working with individuals and families, with a particular specialty in anxiety, depression, and couples counseling.

While centering on your individualized experiences and goals, I offer evidence-based practices to assist you in obtaining the life you want. I utilize a number of approaches including Gottman training for couples counseling, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.
