“Mental health…is not a destination, but a process. It’s about how you drive, not where you are going.” -Noam Shpancer
About
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to empowering individuals through meaningful, strength-based therapeutic work. With a deep belief in each person’s capacity for growth and resilience, I strive to create a safe, collaborative environment where individuals can explore their experiences, build emotional insight, and develop the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges.
Rooted in a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, I support children, adolescents, and adults in cultivating self-awareness, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening relationships. I view therapy as an opportunity for people to reconnect with their inner resources, develop healthy coping skills, and foster greater independence both inside and outside the therapeutic space.
I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Progressive Counting, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. Guided by compassion and authenticity, I am committed to helping clients recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and confidently move toward meaningful, self-directed change.
