About
I’m Bryan Blumlein and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience helping teens and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, identity struggles, ADHD, Autism, and academic pressure. I specialize in telehealth therapy for adolescents, college, and post collegiate students in New York, offering a supportive, relatable space to explore emotions, build self-confidence, and create meaningful change. Using a collaborative, strengths-based approach, I combine Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and psychoeducation to help clients better understand their thoughts, regulate their emotions, and navigate challenges through effective problem-solving.
Before beginning private practice, I have worked and continue to work extensively with students managing disabilities, emotional stress, and school-based challenges. My role allows me to connect with adolescents and young adults by
creating a supportive and safe environment, especially for assisting with their upcoming postsecondary transitions and strengthening their self-advocacy skills when encountering changes in early adulthood.
If you are a parent seeking a therapist for your teen, or a young adult/student looking for support, I offer convenient, confidential telehealth sessions. I am currently accepting clients in-network with Highmark, BCBS, Independent Health,
Univera, and United Health Care.
