About

Therapy with me is compassionate, collaborative, and experiential. Opening up can feel intimidating, that’s why I focus on building trust at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to be an empathetic witness and a supportive guide as we work toward emotional resilience, self-understanding, and meaningful action rooted in personal values.

My approach blends mindful acceptance (ACT, MCBT), somatic practices (SE, MABT), and relational awareness (NVC, MI, IFS), to help you explore your inner and outer worlds with courage and curiosity. I believe that therapy is not just about managing symptoms—it’s about building resilience, expanding your capacity to feel and process life’s difficulties, and connecting with your values, voice, and sense of agency.

I especially enjoy working with young adults going through life transitions, men dealing with emotional or relational difficulties, and anyone wanting to build stronger self-understanding and resilience.

If you’re looking for something different—something that helps you not just cope, but grow—I’d love to connect.
