About
One of our greatest challenges in life is just to find some balance. Whether you’re frequently trying to find your footing, or something big has knocked you off your axis, I firmly believe in your ability to restore stability even stronger than before.
Humans make their best progress when they feel the strength and ability to do so. My job as a Licensed Master Social Worker is to provide a safe environment to build that strength using a clinical approach with elements of Radical Acceptance, Motivational Interviewing,
Trauma-Informed Care, Emotional Regulation Skills, and more. I’m excited to work with teenagers, adults, those identifying as LGBTQ+, those with anxiety and/or depression, those experiencing grief and loss, those seeking self-esteem care, and more.
My entire approach is based on the knowledge that we all have trauma, and trauma has the power to influence what we think, do, and say. However, you have the power to work through that trauma and take control of your life.
If you’re ready to dip your toe, dive right in, or anything in between, let’s do it.
