Navigating the hardships life throws at us is something we all must inevitably face at some point. Grief, stress, and big life changes can alter our lives in unexpected ways. Whether your pain is something new, or something you have been dealing with life long, I am here to guide you through it with empathy, in a non-judgmental space.
I am experienced working with adult clients with a variety of backgrounds, struggling with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD. I utilize a trauma-informed, eclectic approach that implements Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
