As a trauma-informed therapist, I utilize a person-centered approach, customizing therapy to each individual person and their needs. I specialize in working with individuals 18+ who are experiencing anxiety and depression. I also have experience working with trauma and transitions in life.
I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), helping you develop successful coping skills and mindfulness exercises to increase self-awareness and resilience.
