“It takes strength to talk about our feelings and to reach out for help and comfort when we need it.” – Fred Rogers (Mister Rogers)
About
From childhood to adulthood, we may experience worries, stresses, and traumas. The ability to recognize that these situations have affected us and that we need help is one of the bravest things we can do.
I hope to provide a place where all who work with me feel safe and wholeheartedly accepted. I believe in a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to meet my clients where they are at in their healing. I aim to provide clients opportunities to talk openly about how they feel and what they have experienced. Your time here is for you to discuss what’s on your mind in an atmosphere of respect, dignity, and compassion.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various social work settings. My past work has included experience in child welfare working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma and survivors of sexual abuse.
If you feel that working with me would benefit you or your child, I encourage you to reach out. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the healing process.
