“You are imperfect, you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging.” – Brene Brown

About

We all face challenges in our lives that can be difficult to navigate alone. I offer trauma informed, collaborative care that empowers people to gain a better understanding of themselves and move towards their goals. A sense of humor and empathy are important aspects of my approach to create a safe space for growth and healing.

My experience is with both individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds. I believe that individuals are the experts in their own lives, I take a collaborative approach and cater to your and/or your families’ specific needs. I am trained in evidenced based approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). A holistic approach that incorporates the mind/body connection, mindfulness, meditation, art and play therapy are key to the work I do.

I believe that everyone is worthy of living a life that is authentic to who they are. I look forward to speaking with you about how I can help you on the journey of growth and healing.
