“Vulnerability is not about winning or losing; it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome.” – Brene Brown

About

As human beings we live life on life’s terms. Life can be extremely unpredictable, overwhelming, and in current times, troubling and fearful. I am a licensed social worker who understands the various issues life can throw at us. I have successfully worked along side the courts of WNY, aided individuals facing substance abuse, domestic violence, various mental health disorders, as well as building rapport with many facilities in the area to ensure a complete spectrum of care.

In practice I specialize in dialectical behavioral therapy and have over 5 years of experience working with clients in a clinical outpatient setting. I work with both adults and adolescents to help identify and understand components contributing to emotional suffering. My goal is to help my clients reduce unwanted emotions, and to increase desired outcomes through a series of skilled practices.

My office is a judgment free environment where clients can maintain a level of pure identity, while seeking services that will enhance, and improve, their everyday lives.
